In my opinion I think that if a student finds the urge to use the restroom they should be able to go. Ive seen elementary students ask to go but then not return until they get caught or the teacher sends someone to find them. Not a teacher yet but some students will ask to go to the bathroom even if they dont need to just to get out of class.
Yes the teacher is allowed to deny a kid going to the bathroom during class time. At our school male teachers were only allowed in mens bathroomslocker rooms but females were allowed in both mens and womens locker roomsbathrooms. OR Maybe the teacher is a jerk or is boring them to death with their crappy style of so called teaching.
I have ibs but this was before I was diagnosed by a doctor when my teacher didnt let me go well but just get up and walk out. White only allows students to leave the classroom twice a month to use the bathroom see the nurse get water or visit an administrator. Simply so can teachers go into student bathrooms.
